Full Stack Engineer With AI Integration and Avatar Experience

We are LuxList, and we’re building an ‘Operating System for Real Estate’ that unifies fragmented PropTech processes into a seamless, video-first platform. Our mission is to create a long-term system that streamlines the entire real estate lifecycle—from AI-driven seller negotiation with agentic conversational avatars, to contractor management and legal workflows—empowering both consumers and brokers with improved efficiency, transparency, and financial benefits. We’ve already established our vision, advisory board, and initial UI/UX foundation. Now we’re seeking a founding engineer to help architect our core infrastructure, implement agentic AI-powered avatars for negotiation and task management, and take ownership of full-stack development. As our first technical hire, you’ll help define our technology roadmap, collaborate directly with leadership and design, and have the opportunity to grow into a CTO role as we scale. We’re looking for someone passionate about AI/LLMs, experienced across the full stack, who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is excited to shape the future of PropTech with us.
