You will film direct-to-camera talking segments, capture b-roll of neighborhoods, lifestyle and real estate, and work efficiently through a structured shot list. Clean audio via a lav mic, strong framing, and a professional camera setup are required. The shoot is fast-paced, keeping setups simple with a focus on high-quality, usable footage—no need for cinematic production or elaborate lighting.
