Hybrid Social Media Manager [Searching]

Social Media Freelancer is needed in San Jose, United States.

We are Healthy Tiffin, a rapidly growing meal service inspired by Ayurvedic traditions, and we are looking for a hybrid social media manager, creator, and community manager. The role focuses on building and strengthening our Instagram and TikTok channels, working within an existing content strategy and light brand guidelines, but we welcome fresh ideas. You would be responsible for creating short-form content (such as Reels, series, and educational content), shooting and editing videos that showcase our kitchen, founder, customer stories, and ingredients. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of social media or content experience, preferably within the food, kitchen, or educational space. You should be comfortable shooting and editing content that feels authentic, and be based in the Bay Area to occasionally work on-site in our San Jose kitchen. You will manage micro-creators, implement community engagement ideas, and oversee our content calendar and posting schedule. We are seeking someone who can help take our strong word-of-mouth growth to the next level.
