Freelance Brand Partnerships / Commercial Lead (Luxury Editorial Project)

AP MEDIA PRESSE, a Paris-based fashion media company, is currently in discussions with a major Japanese luxury fashion house for a 35th anniversary documentary project. We are looking for a freelance specialist to help structure and close the commercial aspects of this collaboration. The role will involve defining the collaboration model (editorial and production hybrid), structuring the scope, deliverables, and positioning, supporting pricing and budget framing, contributing to client discussions and proposal processes, and moving the project towards a confirmed agreement. We need someone with a background in brand partnerships, business development, or commercial roles—especially within fashion, luxury, media, or creative agencies—with a proven ability to structure and close deals. This is not a production role, but instead focuses on high-value collaboration structuring and closure. The engagement is freelance and short-term, requires an immediate start, and will involve a base fee plus a success-based component.
