Video Editor — Performance Ads (Beauty / D2C)

Areum Labs is a German premium skincare brand for women aged 38 and older. We are looking for a Video Editor to create and edit UGC-style video ads for Meta/Instagram platforms. The work involves editing approximately 5 videos per week, each about 60-75 seconds in a 9:16 format, with multiple hooks as separate files. We will provide raw footage, scripts, a B-Roll folder, a custom font, and feedback via Google Drive/Docs. The editor should understand our products, USPs, and target customer, ensuring the ads feel authentic and premium while maintaining clean craftsmanship in cuts, pacing, subtitles, and music. We expect the use of our materials or royalty-free stock, with AI-generated content only as short, convincingly realistic B-Roll clips. There is one round of revision per video. The target audience is discerning women between 38-52 years old who value both efficacy and aesthetics. We would like to start with a short call to discuss the process, pricing, and test videos.
