Job Description

This is a remote position.

Phoenix Support Services is seeking an experienced and creative video editor to join our team! You will be responsible for creating short promo videos using a software drag and drop platform. The Video Editor works as part of the Web Development Team and reports to the Team Manager. Tasks include designing various communication materials, producing multimedia content, and collaborating with web designers and other team members to meet project requirements.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience as a graphics designer or in a similar role.
• Mastery of graphic design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Premier Pro, etc.
• Knowledge of video and audio editing software programs is a big plus.
• Solid knowledge of design and visual principles.
• Demonstrated portfolio showing creative, design, and software skills.
• Ability to evaluate choices critically with the customer’s needs in mind.
• Ability to communicate design choices clearly.
• Ability to take and follow direction while also having a creative eye for improvements.
• Good time-management skills.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.
• Great multi-tasking skills and ability to work under pressure.
• General understanding of computers and digital equipment and knowledge of new and cutting-edge technology.
