Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Video Editor to join our innovative content production team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming raw footage into compelling visual stories that captivate audiences across multiple platforms. Your expertise in editing, motion graphics, and post-production techniques will help elevate our brand’s visual identity and ensure our content stands out in a crowded digital landscape. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from promotional videos to social media content, all while honing your craft in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Edit and assemble raw video footage into polished final products using industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and Avid.
• Enhance videos with motion graphics, visual effects, and color correction using tools like Adobe After Effects and DaVinci Resolve.
• Incorporate sound design, music, and voiceovers to create engaging multimedia content that aligns with project goals.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop storyboards, shot lists, and editing timelines that meet project specifications.
• Manage digital assets efficiently through content management systems and organize files for seamless workflow.
• Apply photo editing and manipulation skills using Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Capture One, and Adobe Illustrator to support multimedia projects.
• Ensure all video content adheres to branding guidelines, technical specifications, and quality standards across various platforms.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in video editing, post-production, and motion graphics creation with a strong portfolio demonstrating your skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Bridge; Final Cut Pro and other relevant editing tools.
• Familiarity with content creation workflows.
• Strong understanding of typography, graphic design principles, and visual storytelling techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and creative quality.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Additional Information

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
