Children’s Book Illustrator is needed in Johannesburg, South Africa.
I am seeking a South African illustrator proficient in Photoshop to help create marketing material for the books “The Blacksmith & the Dragonfly” and “The Princess & the Sangoma”, published by Penguin Random House. The ideal candidate should be able to illustrate in a Disney-like style, with plenty of sparkles and magic, and should reference the provided images for style guidance. This is a short-term project (1–3 months) with flexibility to pay either as a monthly salary or per illustration. The project is for a personal work and can be completed fully remotely. I am a full-time software developer and part-time author based in Cape Town.
