Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and creative individual who can work independently on a variety of projects at once. This is a sub-contractor (1099) position, no equipment required.

Requirements
Principle Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Edit raw footage into polished, engaging video content aligned with brand and project goals.
- Collaborate with producers, directors, and creative teams to execute vision and storytelling.
- Cut, sequence, and refine footage for pacing, clarity, and emotional impact.
- Add music, sound effects, color correction, and motion graphics as needed.
- Manage and organize video assets, project files, and exports efficiently.
- Ensure all deliverables meet technical specs, deadlines, and platform requirements.
- Incorporate feedback quickly and accurately across revision rounds.
- Stay current with editing trends, tools, and best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated design experience and excellent eye for creating and reviewing visual communications.
- 1 year of professional video editing experience required.
- Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects experience highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving skills, and project management skills.
- Strong time management, attention to detail, and ability to plan ahead.
