We are ai&, a Japan-based company looking for a video editor for ongoing support. We produce 1–2 product demo videos per month, each about 30 minutes long, and need someone to edit these into polished highlight reels and short clips suitable for YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram Reels. Your main responsibilities will include cleaning up the demo videos by removing dead air, unnecessary repetition, and filler content while ensuring the product flow remains engaging and clear. You will also create 1–2 ‘hero’ highlight clips that showcase our product features, as well as 5 short-form clips optimized for social media in a 9:16 format. Additional tasks include adding a logo watermark and ensuring all content is mobile-friendly. Experience with tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro is welcome. Ideally, you can provide semi-dedicated support, handling 1–2 demos monthly with steady delivery. Please include portfolio examples, especially if you have edited product demos or created short social content.
