The Opportunity

As a member of the Sportskeeda team, you will assist in conceptualizing and executing social media content across various platforms (Instagram, X, Facebook, YouTube, Threads, TikTok, etc.). Your role will involve editing short-form videos and reels, scheduling and publishing daily posts, monitoring performance metrics, and collaborating with creative and editorial teams for content ideas. It is essential to stay updated with social media trends, memes, and viral formats.

Requirements

• Decent understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok culture.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar video editing tools.
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop or Canva is a plus.
• Great communication skills and attention to detail.
• A creative thinker who can work in a fast-paced digital environment.
• Currently enrolled in a relevant field of study such as journalism, communications, marketing, or a related discipline.
• Strong creative writing skills with an ability to craft engaging captions and content.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms and an understanding of trends in content sharing.
• Ability to adapt content for different social media channels.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Bonus Points

• Passion for sports / entertainment / pop culture.
• Experience handling or creating content for a social media page.
• Basic understanding of analytics and post-performance tools.
