We are building a high-performance creative unit to execute the content and visual rollout for a reality TV show, The Retoucher. This is a structured engagement focused on building a consistent, high-impact content system across digital platforms. The goal is to drive visibility, audience engagement, and brand recognition through disciplined creative execution. We are hiring for two roles: Video Editor and Graphic Designer. The Video Editor will create short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, and produce campaign cutdowns and highlight reels, ensuring quality, consistency, and audience retention. The Graphic Designer will design campaign visuals, social assets, and branded materials, translating direction into high-impact creative outputs that communicate the brand. We value team members who execute independently and consistently, maintain quality and clarity, and bring a critical eye to their work. Applicants must provide a strong portfolio, work samples, relevant experience, and a brief summary of similar projects, as well as a creative thinking test describing their approach to a reality TV teaser campaign.
