Job Description

We’re looking for a video editor who can take raw footage and turn it into a polished, engaging piece of content with minimal direction. This is not a “clip cutter” role. You’ll be responsible for shaping the final product.

What you’ll do:

• Edit talking head / YouTube-style videos from raw footage
• Turn dialogue into a cohesive, engaging video
• Make creative decisions on pacing, cuts, and structure
• Add captions, graphics, b-roll, and motion elements where appropriate

Requirements

What we’re looking for:

• Strong instinct for what keeps a video engaging
• Ability to take ownership of a project from start to finish
• Ability to source and implement high-quality graphics, templates (MOGRTs), and motion elements without needing to create them from scratch
• High attention to detail (no spelling errors, black frames, or sloppy exports)

You should be someone who:

• Doesn’t need hand-holding
• Catches mistakes before anyone else sees them
• Cares about the final product looking clean and professional
