We are seeking a Senior Video Editor for a full-time, onsite position at Growth Advertising in Addis Ababa. The role involves editing high-performing short-form advertising creatives for digital channels such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, primarily for e-commerce brands. You will handle multiple projects simultaneously, deliver polished edits with no need for basic revisions, and be present and responsive to the team’s needs every day, including light work from home on Sundays. You should have expert-level proficiency in Premiere Pro, CapCut, and After Effects, provide an outstanding portfolio (with English short-form content), and have strong attention to detail and commitment. This is a demanding role with long hours, and we have zero tolerance for late responses or missed deadlines. Only apply if you are among the very best and can deliver consistent top-quality work.
