Creative Strategist / Video Editor — UGC Factory

We’re UGC Factory, a leading agency specializing in user-generated content and performance creative for over 75 direct-to-consumer clients, managing $40M+ in monthly ad spending on Meta and TikTok. We’re looking for a Creative Strategist / Video Editor to contribute to our strategic direction and take ownership of short-form ad production at scale. This role is not a standard editing position; we need someone who excels in building systems to support high-volume UGC ads and integrates AI tools into their workflow. You will collaborate closely with our team and oversee an offshore editing team to deliver a large number of impactful ads. We’re rapidly expanding with our affiliate creator network and require a creative partner who can adapt and keep up with our growth. The ideal candidate has a proven track record editing UGC and performance creative for DTC brands, advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, and regularly uses AI video tools. Attention to detail, strong creative judgment, and experience systemizing workflows are essential.
Budget range:
$50-$75/hr USD ($8,000-$12,000/month range)
