We are looking for a creative and fast-moving Video Editor to join our video production team and edit high-performing user-generated content (UGC) style ads for mobile app developers. The primary responsibility is to edit short-form UGC video ads for paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Snapchat, X, and others, focusing on apps in verticals like Sports, Fintech, iGaming, and mobile app promotion. You will need to turn raw creator footage into engaging, conversion-focused ads including strong hooks, fast-paced edits, captions, subtitles, app screen recordings, CTA screens, and format adaptations for various platforms. Collaboration with the creative and performance teams is essential to align with campaign goals, test creative variations, and keep content fresh by reviewing competitor ads and market trends. The ideal candidate has a strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and platform-specific editing, along with proven experience in editing UGC ads or short-form social videos. The role demands quick turnarounds, clean workflow management, attention to detail with subtitles and platform compliance, and the ability to make ads that feel native and drive results. Experience with mobile app advertising, direct-response creative, and industries like fintech, gaming, crypto, or trading is a plus.
