Lily & Luna Handmade Products is a Sydney-based business that specialises in handmade home fragrance, candles, reed diffusers, perfumes, body products, and gifts. We are looking for a creative and reliable Social Media & Marketing Assistant to help grow our brand, increase online engagement, and convert social media interest into actual website sales. The role is part-time and freelance, requiring approximately 3–4 hours per week. Responsibilities would include managing Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok profiles, creating content such as reels, posts, and stories, assisting with Meta/Facebook ads, and supporting product promotions and new launches. Assistance with email and newsletter marketing, as well as helping to grow website traffic and sales, is also needed. We use Shopify for eCommerce. The ideal candidate should be experienced in social media marketing, up to date with trends, have an understanding of the Australian business environment, and be reliable and affordable for a small but growing company.

Lily & Luna Handmade Products is a Sydney-based handmade business specialising in home fragrance, candles, reed diffusers, perfumes, body. I create and make all my products with a strong focus on quality, beautiful presentation and creating products that people genuinely enjoy using and gifting.
I am currently trying to manage everything myself and am finding it quite overwhelming. I’m looking for someone who can assist with social media and marketing to help give my business a strong kick start, grow brand awareness and most importantly help convert likes, views and followers into actual sales.
