E-Learning Content Creator
Instructional Designer is needed in Hyderabad, India.
We are looking for an Instructional Designer or E-Learning Designer to develop content for our existing LMS platform at TalentSync Consulting, an end-to-end HR Services Consulting Company based in Hyderabad, India. The main work will include creating short training videos (7–10 minutes each) with Indian English voice-overs and subtitles, designed to be simple, visual, and engaging for our learners. The content will cover process-based training, standard operating procedures, compliance, product, sales, culture, and behavioral topics. Modules required include Code of Conduct and POSH, Culture Training (NHT), Product and Sales Training, Retail SOP Training, and Soft Skills and Leadership. The learning content needs to be LMS-friendly and incorporate both visuals and subtitles.
