We are a Sydney-based social growth studio working with brands in fitness, wellness, and small business. We are seeking an ongoing, part-time editor to create short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, typically 7 to 60 seconds in length featuring talking head and b-roll formats. Volume will be approximately 15-25 edits per week across various accounts, with potential for increasing workload. We appreciate editors who are immersed in short-form content, understand the importance of pacing and strong hooks in the first 1.5 seconds, are skilled with captions and pattern interrupts, and can provide creative input and take feedback. Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize quality storytelling are important. While timezone overlap with Sydney is a plus, your location is not a concern.
