Job Description

Next Door Photos (NDP) is a small business focused on delivering real estate photography, video, aerials, 3D modeling, floor plans, and more. We are committed to excellence in both our products and the experience we provide to our customers and team members. We are looking for professional, reliable, and talented “Media Pros” to join our growing team. The position offers flexible hours, opportunities for increasing your photography and media experience, and potential for increased earnings through product certification and availability. Media Pros can capture up to 6 properties a day, with each property taking approximately 40-90 minutes. This position is part-time, independent contractor-based, and compensation is on a per-service basis, with additional pay for extended travels.

Requirements

We are seeking experienced photographers and videographers with a passion for media production. Real estate photography experience is not required, as training will be provided on all NDP products.

• Ability to interact professionally with clients and homeowners
• Consistent punctuality for scheduled shoots in various locations
• Professional dress code while on job
• Capability to upload media before 9 PM on the day of the shoot
• Flexible schedule availability
• Up-to-date Google calendar to manage availability
• Willingness to drive up to 30-40% of workday
• Adherence to NDP shoot flow and quality standards
• Effective communication with clients throughout the shoot
• Regular communication with the Local Owner and clients via email, text, and phone
• Willingness to study/test for Part 107 certification for commercial drone operation
• Acceptance of feedback and training regarding NDP quality and professionalism standards

Equipment List

The Media Pro position requires the following equipment to complete photography shoots. All other necessary equipment will be supplied by the local owner:

• Digital SLR (or mirrorless) camera with a wide-angle lens, such as:
• APS-C (cropped) sensor camera with a 10-24mm Lens OR
• Full Frame sensor camera with a 16-35mm Lens
• External (off-camera) flash
• Tripod and ball head attachment
• Reliable transportation
• High-Speed Internet
