Job Description

Change Everything Furniture & Design Solutions is a curated furniture and interior design firm in Fort Collins, Colorado. We create elevated, emotionally engaging content focused on beautiful homes, styling inspiration, interior design, and lifestyle storytelling.

We’re looking for a creative and trend-aware Video Editor & Content Creator to help bring our social media vision to life across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to create videos that actually perform on social media — not just look good.

Responsibilities

• Create short-form videos for Instagram Reels, Facebook, and Meta ads while maintaining Change Everything’s visual brand standards, tone, and overall aesthetic across all video content
• Create content that aligns with our elevated, curated brand identity and customer experience
• Create engaging long-form YouTube content
• Work from pre-planned content outlines, hooks, captions, and strategy provided through our content planning system (Rella)
• Pull and organize footage from our existing video library
• Add trending edits, pacing, transitions, text overlays, and audio that align with current social media best practices
• Be on site as needed to video furniture installs, B-roll footage, product arrivals, store footage, behind-the-scenes content, etc.
• Help identify social media trends, formats, and editing styles that are currently working
• Deliver approximately 6-8 videos per month

Requirements

• Understands what performs on Instagram and Facebook
• Knows current short-form video trends, hooks, pacing, and retention strategies
• Can create polished, high-end feeling content without making it feel overly corporate
• Has experience editing both short-form and long-form video
• Is comfortable filming content in-store and on location
• Has a strong visual eye for composition, lighting, and storytelling
• Can work independently while following creative direction
• Is reliable, organized, and communicative

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating content for retail, lifestyle, interior design, furniture, home decor, or luxury brands
• Familiarity with Meta social media platforms and YouTube
• Experience with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software
• Portfolio or examples of previous social media video work required

Position Details

• Mix of remote editing and occasional on-site filming in Fort Collins
• Compensation based on experience and skill level

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
