Instructional Designer is needed in London, United Kingdom.

We are The Bread Factory, London’s leading artisan bakery. We are seeking an Instructional Designer to create and deliver engaging, scalable learning solutions for a new Learning Management System (LMS) to address gaps in our current training for a large manufacturing environment. The role will involve building structured learning pathways for critical roles, developing a robust library of video, how-to, and e-learning content, and optimizing the LMS for usability and engagement. You will establish scalable content templates and standards for future growth, and collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders in a manufacturing context to ensure content is practical, clear, and aligned with operational needs. Experience in instructional design, digital content creation, LMS design, and operational/manufacturing environments is highly desirable.
