We are building a scalable, tech-enabled alternative to traditional property management companies by combining property management software, payment infrastructure, automation, and marketplace-style matching into one platform. The goal is to make owning and managing rental properties as simple and transparent as using a modern consumer app. We are looking for a software developer to assist Jacob in expanding and refining our platform across web and mobile applications, improving automation workflows, enhancing property management operations, integrating third-party services, and helping scale the product for multi-market growth. The stack currently includes Flutter, Supabase, Stripe, and modern cloud-based tooling.

Combining backgrounds in leadership, operations, technology, and real estate, they are building a modern, technology-first alternative to traditional property management — focused on transparency, efficiency, and a better experience for both landlords and tenants.
