Job Description

We’re looking for a talented video editor to join our growing outdoor/fishing brand, Reel Chaos Adventures. Our content focuses on saltwater & freshwater fishing, family adventures, offshore boating, kids outdoors content, and includes YouTube videos, reels, TikToks & shorts. We’ve started gaining traction with multiple reels over 30k+ views and growing social pages, and we’re seeking someone who can help elevate our content.

Requirements

What we need:

• Editing long-form YouTube videos
• Creating high-retention shorts/reels
• Fast-paced, engaging cuts
• Music syncing & sound design
• Color correction
• Motion text/captions
• Ability to tell a story and create emotion/excitement

Style we’re after:

Think high-energy outdoor adventure mixed with authentic family moments. We want content that feels exciting, fun, cinematic, and real.

Bonus Skills

• Understand fishing/outdoor content
• Know current YouTube Shorts/TikTok trends
• Can help with thumbnails
• Understand pacing for retention and watch time

Additional Information

This can start as part-time/freelance but has the potential to grow long-term as the channel expands.
