Website Redesign and Dental CMS [Searching]

We are seeking a skilled web designer and developer to redesign a website for a single location Endodontist practice in the Caribbean. The objective is to create a clean and modern site with a user-friendly content management system, ideally using WordPress with Elementor. You must have experience in website redesign, content management that allows for very easy self-management, blog and dental website design, and outsourcing. As a graphic artist, I am looking to partner with a developer for this project and potentially future design and management projects. Domain and hosting are already provided, and all communications will go through me for client confidentiality. Please be mindful that the pricing should allow for some markup as this will be outsourced.

Important to be compatible with future versions of wordpress or CMS platform and PHP versions. Currently the site is no longer compatible due to the php version and do not wish to repeat this problem.

Who are you, and what do you do?
I am a graphic artist but I am looking for a partner for this web redesign job, and potentially future deisgn and management projects, to outsource. I already have the domain and hosting. The developer will only communicate through me and not the end user. Pricing should reflect outsourcing to leave some room for markup.
