Instructional Designer is needed in United Kingdom.
We are seeking an experienced instructional designer to create engaging face-to-face training courses focused on technical skills in the logistics business for our company, Phi Management Group. You will be responsible for developing course materials, including PowerPoint slides, group activities, games, and case studies to ensure the content is interactive and effective. This role requires collaborating closely with our CEO and working directly with clients where needed. We are looking for someone who is comfortable designing high-impact training sessions based on technical information provided by our team. You will not need to deliver the training itself, but instead focus on the content creation and structure.
