Photographic Dermatology Platform
Full Stack Developer is needed in Ireland.
We are a privately owned, web-based teledermatology platform allowing patients to upload clinical photographs of skin conditions, pay a consultation fee and receive a written response from a qualified dermatologist within 24–48 hours. The system is entirely doctor-led, with every image reviewed by a medical professional, and no AI or automated analysis.
The core backend logic is complete. We need a developer to review, deploy, and connect the existing backend code, then build the frontend layer. Tasks include: validating the backend codebase, setting up cloud infrastructure (Supabase in the EU, Cloudflare R2, Cloudflare Workers), configuring backend API deployment, connecting a Stripe account, setting up SendGrid for transactional emails, building out the frontend based on an existing React prototype, and ensuring end-to-end testing for the full workflow. Familiarity with GDPR compliance is necessary, and the developer must be able to sign a Data Processing Agreement. We require a quote, a proposed timeline, a recommended deployment approach, previous examples from healthcare or similar regulated projects, and details on hosting or ongoing maintenance costs.
