Podcast Video Editor – The Human Presence

We are looking for a reliable and skilled video editor to partner long-term on our podcast, The Human Presence. The podcast features in-depth conversations with founders, creators, and thought leaders about identity, technology, creativity, and the future of work. You will be responsible for editing each episode (typically 40–60 minutes), syncing and cleaning audio, removing mistakes and unnecessary filler, performing basic color correction and audio enhancement, adding supplied intro/outro assets, exporting YouTube-ready versions, and creating three vertical reels (30–90 seconds each) for social platforms. Each project also requires generating transcripts for both the full episode and the short videos. We value a clean, premium edit style, with the focus on conversation and clarity. The ideal candidate will have previous podcast editing experience, a strong grasp of English, a keen eye for selecting compelling clips for social, and the ability to deliver on schedule. We aim to produce three to four episodes a month and are seeking someone interested in a long-term collaboration who enjoys meaningful storytelling.

Hi, I’m Victoria Rozanska, a Global Partnerships professional at Google based in New York City and the host of The Human Presence podcast. Originally from Poland, I’ve lived in five countries and built my career across Europe and the United States. Alongside my work in tech, I’m an IKIGAI Certified Coach and the creator of The Human Presence, a podcast exploring what it means to be deeply human in a rapidly changing world. The show features conversations with founders, creators, technologists, artists, wellness practitioners, and other multidimensional individuals who are navigating life beyond traditional labels and definitions of success. Topics include creativity, purpose, identity, technology, wellness, human connection, and the future of work. I’m looking for a reliable long-term editing partner who can help me create high-quality podcast episodes and engaging short-form content. My goal is to build a consistent publishing cadence of 3–4 episodes per month while maintaining a thoughtful, premium, and authentic style.
