I am building a new personal lifestyle creator brand, focused on documenting personal transformation and themes like ambition, discipline, body, business, travel, combat sports, persona development, quiet authority, and building a higher-status life. This project is at an early stage with low followers. I am seeking a strategist to develop a clear, relatable, and followable brand identity designed for follower growth. This is not an editing or posting role. I need support with strategy, including brand positioning, audience and competitor research, content pillars, hook logic, profile optimization, CTAs, and a 30–90 day actionable roadmap for an execution team. The ideal expert has proven experience growing personal, lifestyle, or founder-led accounts from a low follower base, with clear examples of their results and a detailed strategic process. My goal is to turn a raw brand concept into a focused strategy that drives genuine follower growth and gives people a reason to follow.

I’m building a new personal/lifestyle creator brand. The project is centred around documenting a personal transformation and “rank change” through themes like ambition, discipline, body, business, travel, combat sports/persona development, quiet authority, and building a higher-status life. The account is currently at an early/low-follower stage, so I’m looking for a strategist who understands how to take a raw personality/concept and turn it into something clear, relatable, followable, and designed for follower growth. I’m not looking for generic motivational content or just someone to edit/post videos. The main need is strategy: positioning, audience research, hook logic, repeatable formats, profile conversion, content pillars, CTAs, and a 30–90 day roadmap that an execution team can follow.

The main short-term goal is follower growth as quickly as possible, but not through random vanity content. I want to build an account that attracts the right audience and gives people a clear reason to follow.

Over the next few months, the key metrics would be:
