Job Description

We are seeking an experienced .NET Full Stack Developer to support the development, enhancement, and maintenance of mission-critical web applications for Early Care and Education programs. The consultant will design, develop, test, and support enterprise web applications built on Microsoft technologies, contributing to modernization initiatives and ongoing application enhancements. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, Angular, PrimeNG, SQL Server, and enterprise web application development and will work closely with engineers, technical leads, business stakeholders, and government teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing applications.

Requirements

Duration: 12 Months

Employment Type: Contract

Experience Required: 04+ Years

Location: Columbia, SC (hybrid; 3 days onsite per week)

Candidate Location: Must be a SC resident or willing to relocate at their own expense.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 3+ years in designing and developing medium-to-large scale applications using .NET technologies.

- 3+ years in building web-based applications using N-tier architectures.

- 3+ years hands-on experience with C# and ASP.NET.

- 3+ years with ASP.NET MVC 3 or higher.

- 2+ years experience with jQuery.

- 2+ years experience with Windows Communication Foundation (WCF).

- Experience developing secure, scalable, and high-performance enterprise applications.

- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with Angular and PrimeNG development.

- Experience with Agile software development methodologies.

- Experience using Entity Framework 6.

- Experience building responsive web applications.

- Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and enterprise application platforms.

- Experience supporting large-scale government or public-sector applications.

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
