Job Description

CEdge has an opportunity for a Senior .NET Full-Stack Developer, located in Saint Louis, MO (remote/on-site when required). The Senior .NET Full-Stack Developer will act as the primary application-layer engineer on the TMS contract, owning break/fix resolution, preventive maintenance, and SOW development across various complex TMS modules. Key responsibilities include maintaining TMS applications, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring compliance with MoDOT Best Practices.

Key Responsibilities

· Diagnose, resolve, and document all error and malfunction reports within the 2-business-day SLA; deliver code corrections with adequate documentation.

· Maintain and enhance TMS applications across the .NET Webforms and ASP.NET MVC stack using C#, Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, and GIT.

· Perform preventive maintenance and production monitoring to detect errors, including updates to 3rd-party dependencies.

· Develop SOW programming deliverables on schedule and support impact analysis before each release.

· Participate in code and architecture walkthroughs while adhering to MoDOT coding standards.

· Enter all time worked into MoDOT’s Service Desk Plus and resolve assigned tickets timely.

· Maintain compatibility with MoDOT’s evolving infrastructure by implementing modifications promptly.

· Produce and maintain technical documentation as part of Technical Records obligations.

· Ensure all developed solutions meet ADA/Section 508 accessibility standards.

Required Qualifications

· Minimum 3 years of professional .NET application development experience (C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Framework and/or .NET 8+).

· Minimum 1 year of experience with Webforms and MVC web development.

· Minimum 1 year of experience with Web Services and REST/SOAP APIs.

· Experience with Oracle database in a .NET application context.

· Experience with Azure DevOps and GIT source control.

· Ability to pass MoDOT background check.

Preferred Qualifications

· Minimum 1 year of experience with Oracle Spatial database.

· Minimum 1 year of experience with transportation-related applications.

· Experience with location referencing applications and data.

· Familiarity with Crystal Reports and DevExpress controls in .NET applications.

· Experience with ESRI ArcGIS SDK/API integration within .NET web applications.

· Missouri residency or St. Louis metro area location.
