Job Description

Rose’s Reelz is a fast-growing creative media agency specializing in real estate media, social media content, short-form video editing, YouTube content, brand storytelling, and paid ad creatives. We work with realtors, home service businesses, personal brands, coaches, local businesses, and content creators. We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented US-based video editor to help us deliver high-quality content consistently for our clients.

Requirements

• Strong editing instincts
• Understanding of pacing and retention
• Ability to follow editing guides and feedback closely
• Clear and professional communication
• Timeliness in project delivery

• Proactivity in problem-solving
• Ability to adapt editing style based on the client

Preferred Skills

• Adobe Premiere Pro
• After Effects (basic to intermediate)
• Frame.io experience
• Familiarity with Dropbox / Google Drive workflows
• Understanding of short-form social media content
• Experience with YouTube editing
• Strong storytelling and hook creation
• Basic motion graphics knowledge
• Color correction and audio cleanup

Compensation

Compensation will depend on experience, skill level, turnaround speed, project complexity, and reliability. There is an opportunity for long-term ongoing work for the right fit. Pay ranges from $1,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month.
