Job Description

We are seeking a hands-on, high-caliber Sr. Full Stack Software Engineer / Technical Lead to spearhead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise cloud solutions. In this role, you will bridge the gap between front-end user experience and resilient backend cloud systems, driving architecture reviews, defining API contracts, and enforcing engineering standards. The ideal candidate brings over a decade of engineering experience, displaying profound expertise in Java Spring Boot, React/TypeScript, and cloud-native AWS architectures. Crucial Requirement: This role requires deep, active mastery of AI-assisted engineering tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate delivery, code refactoring, test generation, and debugging while strictly maintaining data security and team standards.

Requirements

Core Full Stack Mastery:

• Frontend: Expert-level React (Modern hooks, TypeScript, state management, component design systems, performance optimization).
• Backend: Advanced Java Spring Boot proficiency (Building robust APIs, dependency injection, validation, performance tuning).

API & Security Protocols:

• GraphQL (Required): Schema design, resolvers, federation patterns, and N+1 mitigation/caching.
• REST: OpenAPI-style contract design, pagination, filtering, idempotency, and backward compatibility.
• OIDC/OAuth2: Hands-on implementation with JWTs, access token flows, and secure session patterns.

Cloud, Data & Event-Driven Architecture:

• AWS Cloud: Deep hands-on experience with IAM, networking basics, and operational cloud tooling.
• Event-Driven Systems: Robust experience with AWS Kafka (MSK) including topic partitions, consumer groups, schema evolution, ordering semantics, and DLQs.
• Relational Data: AWS Aurora PostgreSQL (Advanced SQL, indexing, query optimization, migrations).
• Graph Data: Amazon Neptune (Gremlin, graph modeling, and query pattern optimization).

AI Tooling & CI/CD:

• AI Engineering (Mandatory): Proficient in leveraging Claude Code and/or GitHub Copilot to accelerate development safely and efficiently.
• CI/CD: Strong Git practices, automated testing (unit, integration, contract, E2E), and progressive rollout patterns (feature flags).

Preferred Qualifications (Assets):

• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or AWS CDK).
• Containerization and orchestration (Docker, ECS/EKS).
• Advanced security practices (Threat modeling, OWASP Top 10 mitigation, secrets management).
• Prior experience integrating with Oracle HCM.

Candidate Screening Requirements (Strict):

• Must Have: Deep balance of React + Spring Boot, hands-on AWS, and Kafka/event-driven systems.
• Critical: Profiles must contain GraphQL and Amazon Neptune (Candidates lacking these will only be evaluated if all other areas are exceptionally flawless).
• Strict Disqualifiers: Backend-only, Angular-only, or weak AWS cloud profiles will not be considered.
