Job Description

AgileEngine is seeking a Full Stack Developer to build and integrate LLM-powered features across frontend and backend systems. The candidate will develop React components, extend Python backend services, and work with LLM APIs such as Claude and OpenAI to deliver AI-driven product functionality. Collaboration with product, QA, and engineering teams during EST hours is essential.

Requirements

Must Haves:

• Commercial experience with LLMs, preferably Claude, OpenAI APIs, or similar.
• 1+ year of React experience with hooks, state management, and component-driven development.
• 1+ year of Python experience in API development and backend logic.
• Experience working in distributed teams with active collaboration.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Nice to Haves:

• Experience with FastAPI or similar frameworks.
• Exposure to AI evaluation, prompt testing, or AI quality considerations.
• Prior work on data-heavy or AI-driven products.
