Content creator Ali Spagnola is in search of an experienced video editor with great energy and positive outlook to join a team of creatives seeking to do good in the world through fun and engaging content. She needs someone with a high level of creativity that can flex their own personal style and work together with her to create something new and great! Ali has 2 different YouTube channels:
- Art Longform: 12-20+ minute content, covering multi-day art projects done by Ali. The editing style is upbeat and fun, allowing the audience to feel like they’re along for the wild ride.
- Fitness Longform: 12-20+ minute content, highlighting or testing various fitness/health-related regimens, diets, products, etc. This channel is more graphics-heavy to keep viewer attention.
- Edits usually have a 2ish week turnaround.
IMPORTANT INFO
- Syncing multicam audio and video will occasionally be a responsibility of the editor.
- Large project sizes - capable of handling downloading a lot of footage.
- Ali generally has a specific vision on timing and style; the editor must align with her direction.
- Detailed notes will be provided for edits with iterative feedback until the style is mastered.
- Must be attentive to detail and execute edits as specified in notes.
- Scripts are provided for every video, and edits must follow them precisely.
Requirements
- Extensive Premiere Pro Experience
- Experience with motion graphics, animations, text, etc.
- Able to work through multiple rounds of edits/changes quickly
- Audio Syncing and Mixing
- Understands Media Asset Management
- Ability to adapt to multiple editing styles
- Innovative - combines creativity with strong video and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively and quickly for edits
- Notion, Dropbox, and Frame experience preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- A keen eye for detail
- You must have fast internet capable of downloading 100’s of GBs of footage.
- Must have a flexible schedule

Projected Total Compensation: $900.00 - $3,000.00 per month
