Job Description
GrowGetters Marketing Agency is looking for a Social Media Video Content Editor to join our team. This role will work directly with our Social Media Strategist and content team to turn ideas into high-performing video content across social platforms. We’re looking for someone who can not only edit—but understands storytelling, pacing, and what performs on social media. Pay is on a per-project basis.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in social media video editing
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn content formats
- Proficiency in CapCut preferred
- Ability to take direction and execute quickly with attention to detail
- Strong storytelling and editing instincts
- MUST have a portfolio of social media video work to apply (required)
Responsibilities
- Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook)
- Work directly with our strategist to bring content ideas to life
- Create engaging hooks, pacing, captions, and edits designed for retention
- Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form clips
- Add captions, music, transitions, and graphics
- Ensure content is optimized for each platform
- Organize and manage video files and deliverables
Additional Information
Pay: $25.22 per hour
