About the Business

We are an ambitious, fast-growing UK business looking for an experienced freelance Social Media Growth Consultant to help strengthen our digital presence, grow our online communities and support lead generation.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working as part of a collaborative, remote team and can take ownership of social media strategy, publishing and performance across multiple platforms.

Objectives

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Growing brand awareness through social media.
Increasing followers and audience growth across all platforms.
Improving engagement, reach and content performance.
Supporting lead generation through social activity.
Growing community engagement and email sign-ups.
Helping position the business as a trusted authority within its sector.
Scope of Work
Content Management
Building the wider wellness community and following by getting involved in the social community to connect, answer DMs etc

Working from content provided by the internal team, responsibilities include:

Editing content for platform-specific formats.
Writing engaging captions and post copy.
Repurposing content across multiple platforms.
Maintaining a consistent content calendar.
Social Media Management

Platforms include:

YouTube Shorts

Publishing responsibilities include:

Scheduling and publishing content.
Community management and responding to comments.
Monitoring engagement.
Performance optimisation.

Candidate Requirements
Essential
Minimum five years’ commercial social media experience.
Demonstrable experience growing social channels organically.
Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube.
Excellent copywriting skills.
Strong commercial awareness.
Confident interpreting analytics and optimising performance.
Experience supporting founder-led businesses, startups or growing SMEs.
Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a remote team.
