Job Description

We’re a content marketing agency building high-performing video for info brands (course creators, coaches, digital entrepreneurs). We’re hiring one editor to own a single client account end-to-end, managing every video, both short and long, for one brand. In this role, you’ll know exactly what you’re responsible for, and your work will be published quickly.

Responsibilities

• Edit long-form YouTube videos focusing on retention, pacing, clean cuts, B-roll, motion graphics, and sound design.
• Create short-form content for Reels/Shorts/TikTok from long-form and standalone footage.
• Manage the entire edit pipeline for one brand: from footage in to polished video out.
• Meet consistent deadlines on a weekly posting schedule.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio that showcases skills in both short-form and long-form video editing (this is non-negotiable, we need a true hybrid).
• High taste level with the ability to maintain engaging pacing, storytelling, sound quality, and overall polish.
• Proficient in Premiere or equivalent software, with solid motion graphics skills.
• Reliable and communicative, with the ability to deliver fast turnarounds without sacrificing quality.

Compensation

Competitive pay based on skill and speed, with a monthly rate between $500.00 - $2,000.00. Please indicate your rate when applying.
