Job Description

AgileEngine is an Inc. 5000 company that creates award-winning software for Fortune 500 brands and trailblazing startups across 17+ industries. We are looking for a Lead Full Stack Engineer to drive technical execution and architectural alignment for AI-powered tools embedded within an AWS Bedrock environment. You will govern code quality through PR reviews, design and deploy containerized applications using Python and FastAPI on the backend and TypeScript and React on the frontend, and integrate complex AI features into existing platform architecture without disrupting current workflows.

Requirements

MUST HAVES:

• 7+ years of full-stack engineering experience with strong architectural capabilities
• Advanced proficiency in Python (FastAPI) for backend development
• Advanced proficiency in TypeScript and React for frontend development
• Expertise with containerization (Docker), modern tooling (UV), and PostgreSQL
• Strict comfort operating exclusively within Mac or Linux terminal environments
• Upper-intermediate English level

NICE TO HAVES:

• Experience utilizing Claude Code and AWS Bedrock for AI-assisted development
