Job Description

AgileEngine is seeking a Lead Full Stack Engineer to drive technical execution and architectural alignment for AI-powered tools embedded within an AWS Bedrock environment. The successful candidate will govern code quality through PR reviews, design and deploy containerized applications using Python and FastAPI on the backend, and TypeScript and React on the frontend. The role also involves integrating complex AI features into existing platform architecture while ensuring current workflows remain uninterrupted.

Requirements

MUST HAVES:

• 7+ years of full-stack engineering experience with strong architectural capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Python (FastAPI) for backend development.
• Advanced proficiency in TypeScript and React for frontend development.
• Expertise with containerization (Docker), modern tooling (UV), and PostgreSQL.
• Strict comfort operating exclusively within Mac or Linux terminal environments.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

NICE TO HAVES:

• Experience utilizing Claude Code and AWS Bedrock for AI-assisted development.
