Precinct is a fully built commercial real estate agency platform that covers deal pipeline, CRM, marketing tools, owner admin for QLD regulatory documents, brand workspace, AI market briefings, and more. The tech stack includes React 19, Tailwind 4, Node.js, tRPC, and MySQL. I’m seeking an expert developer to help commercialise the platform — this includes implementing multi-tenancy, integrating Stripe billing, creating an onboarding flow, hardening performance, and ongoing feature development. The platform is live, the codebase is clean, and you’ll be able to contribute productively from day one. Equity may be available for the right person.
