Build MVP Caregiver Job Portal (Next.js / Supabase or Lovable) – Fixed Budget €400
I am looking for an experienced full-stack developer to build an MVP for a modern healthcare job portal targeting the German market. The platform should connect healthcare professionals (such as nurses, caregivers, and healthcare assistants) with employers including hospitals, nursing homes, and home care providers. The aim is to deliver a clean and scalable MVP that can be expanded later. I am open to your suggestions for the tech stack, but I prefer Next.js with Supabase. Alternatives include Lovable with Supabase, FlutterFlow with Firebase, or React with Supabase. Please explain your reasoning for the chosen stack. The project should include public pages like a landing page, job search, and contact page, as well as user authentication, and clearly defined roles for candidates and employers with relevant features for each. A simple admin dashboard is also needed to manage users, jobs, and companies. The design should be modern, clean, responsive, and in a blue/white color palette. Deliverables must include complete source code, database setup, deployment instructions, and basic documentation. The expected delivery is within 14 days.
