Job Description

We need a Creative Producer who lives and breathes paid social, UGC video editing, and native-format static ads. You’ll create ads for millions of people across five brands and different audiences, using performance data to inform your continued production. This role is part of our remote HQ, with a fully remote, high-trust work environment, though we prefer candidates based in or around the LA/SoCal area due to regular studio use.

Requirements

In this role, you will:

• Concept, film, and edit UGC style content.
• Turn raw creator footage into polished ads for Meta, TikTok, and Google.
• Build native, platform-specific static ads.
• Produce fresh hooks and format cuts for testing.
• Manage file naming, specs, and delivery.
• Use our LA studio regularly and travel occasionally for shoots.
• Support the Creative Strategy team as needed.
• Manage a working content budget.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has 3-5 years experience in producing UGC or paid social content.
• Is comfortable being the face of the brand on camera.
• Edits fluently in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Understands key performance indicators in social content.
• Can produce launch-ready ads quickly.
• Is based in or near the LA/SoCal area or willing to relocate.

Nice to Have:

• Understanding of “brand” creative vs. content that converts.
• Familiarity with AI creative tools.
• A portfolio that demonstrates your talent effectively.
• Experience related to health, wellness, or supplements.

Compensation & Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $80,000-$100,000, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package designed to support the well-being and growth of our team.
