Full Stack Developer is needed in Mauritius.

I am an Austrian founder establishing a local software company in Mauritius, with the long-term goal of making Mauritius the headquarters for our software development. I am developing an HR tool for assessment and development centres, including surveys and testing, calendar and booking features, insights, and AI capabilities. I need a remote expert based in Mauritius with architecture, team leadership, PHP/Laravel, headless development, and agentic development skills to help shape and lead the product.
