Wayve Payments is seeking a mid-level Software Engineer in Nashville to take ownership of Residual Flow, an internal merchant-services platform being prepared for external beta release. The system uses JavaScript and TypeScript with Vite, WeWeb, Node.js, Xano, and PostgreSQL, and integrates with Slack, PandaDoc, Google Sheets, and internal workflows.

You will fix production data and calculation issues, complete the deal submission integration, ship the MVP, and continue developing the product alongside the founder. Strong JavaScript and TypeScript skills, SQL and relational data modeling experience, API and webhook integration experience, and a background debugging complex data flows are required. This is an on-site role Monday through Thursday in Nashville, with remote work on Fridays.

We help businesses accept payments and we pay our independent agents residual income for the merchants they bring on. Over the past year we built an internal system called Residual Flow — it ingests processor statements, calculates agent commissions across complex multi-party splits, and runs monthly payouts. We’re now turning it into a real product to sell to other ISOs and agent offices.
