Job Description

We’re a high-volume photography company and we move fast. This position is in-house, seasonal, and built for someone who can handle large batches of images, stay organized, and hit deadlines. You’ll be editing with Evoto, Pixnub, and Photoshop, plus building sports templates in Photoshop and uploading galleries to GotPhoto.

Requirements

• Prior experience with GotPhoto
• Previous work in volume photography (schools/youth sports/events)
• Understanding of print-ready exports and product-based deliverables (posters, cards, memory mates)
• Strong Photoshop skills, including layered template work (smart objects, masks, actions/batch processing)
• Ability to edit high volume with speed and consistency
• Experience with Evoto and/or Pixnub (or the ability to learn quickly)
• Comfortable with repetitive production workflows and tight deadlines
• Highly organized: file naming, folder structures, exports, and QC checks

High-Volume Editing Responsibilities

• Edit large batches of portraits/sports photos using Evoto, Pixnub, and Adobe Photoshop
• Consistent color correction, exposure balancing, cropping/straightening, and basic retouching
• Maintain a consistent look across a full job (entire teams, schools, leagues)
• Work quickly without sacrificing accuracy or missing details

Photoshop Template Design Responsibilities

• Design and build sports templates in Photoshop (memory mates, posters, player cards, banners, composites/layouts)
• Use smart objects, layers, masks, and structured files so templates are easy to apply at scale
• Apply templates accurately across teams/rosters while keeping everything aligned and consistent

Gallery Management Responsibilities

• Upload and organize galleries in GotPhoto
• Follow naming conventions, folder structures, and export specs so orders/fulfillment runs smoothly

Schedule & Work Environment

• In-house / on-site
• Seasonal position
• Approximately 30 hours/week
• Some weeks may require extra hours depending on production deadlines

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
