Founding Software Architect - Senior Full-Stack Developer (React + Node.js)
Full Stack Developer is needed in Jordan.
We are a startup SaaS company developing an enterprise web platform to digitize complex business onboarding and workflow processes. We need an experienced full-stack developer to lead the technical implementation of a scalable and secure MVP, working directly with the founder. The initial phase is expected to take approximately 3–5 weeks and will use milestone-based delivery with weekly progress reviews, with potential for ongoing development.
The work includes designing the backend architecture, REST APIs, PostgreSQL database, JWT authentication and authorization, React and TypeScript frontend implementation, documentation, and development best practices. The application will include secure user onboarding, document management, workflow automation, approval processes, and mock integrations with external enterprise systems. Strong experience with React, TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS, PostgreSQL, REST API design, GitHub, and Docker is required, along with at least five years of professional full-stack development experience. SaaS or enterprise application experience is highly preferred, especially with workflow systems, onboarding platforms, document management, or regulated industries. This is a remote role within Jordan, with openness to applicants willing to travel.
