Job Description

STAR Marketing Agency helps creators, entrepreneurs, and brands grow their social media, sales, exposure, and monetization through strategy-driven content. We are looking for a Video Editor who can turn raw footage into scroll-stopping, trend-savvy content without compromising a creator’s brand identity. You will be editing short-form and long-form content for creators, entrepreneurs, and brands across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, working closely with our content and strategy team to maintain a constant flow of polished, on-brand video content.

Requirements

• Proven experience editing short-form social content (portfolio/reel required)
• Strong command of Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar
• A sharp eye for pacing, hooks, and what makes content stop the scroll
• Ability to adapt editing style to different brands and niches
• Reliable, deadline-driven, and comfortable with fast turnaround cycles
• Bonus: experience with motion graphics, color grading, or sound design

What You’ll Do

• Edit short-form (Reels/TikTok) and long-form video content for a roster of creator and brand clients
• Apply trend-aware pacing, captions, sound design, and effects that drive engagement
• Maintain each client’s unique voice and visual identity across every edit
• Collaborate with videographers and strategists during pre- and post-production
• Turn around high volumes of content on tight, consistent deadlines
• Stay current on platform trends, edit styles, and viral formats
