Video EditorSearching

Video Editor is needed in Hyderabad, India.

I run an entertainment-focused Telugu channel and am looking for a creative video editor in Hyderabad to turn raw footage into engaging, artistic videos while polishing or co-writing scripts in colloquial Telugu. The work will include playful transitions, on-screen text, colour grading, motion graphics and effects, while keeping the content fun and natural rather than over-produced. You may coordinate on shoot days in Hyderabad or edit remotely from supplied footage, with consistent turnaround times for a regular upload schedule.

You should be comfortable with Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve and have experience with Telugu-language content and local culture. Please provide examples of video editing and scripting work, along with your typical turnaround time for a 10-minute episode. Applicants willing to travel may also be considered.

About the client
I run an entertainment-focused Telugu channel and would like a creative partner here in Hyderabad who can take raw footage and shape it into engaging, artistic videos while also polishing (or even co-writing) the scripts that drive each episode. Here’s what I’m looking for:
• Script touch-ups or full drafts that match our light-hearted, fun tone in colloquial Telugu.
• Artistic, imaginative edits—think inventive transitions, playful on-screen text, and colour work that keeps viewers hooked without feeling over-produced.
• Smooth coordination on shoot days if you’d like to be on set; otherwise, I’m happy to hand over footage digitally for you to work from your own setup.
• Consistent turnaround times so we can stick to a regular upload schedule. You should already be comfortable with popular editors such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut or DaVinci Resolve and be able to add motion graphics/effects when the concept calls for it. Because the channel is rooted in local culture and language, I prefer someone based in Hyderabad so we can jam in person whenever needed. When you reply, please link me to one or two videos that show off both your artistic editing flair and any scripting work you’ve handled, plus let me know your typical timeline per 10-minute episode. Let’s create something the Telugu YouTube crowd hasn’t seen before.
