Podcast Audio Engineer & Editor — Audio Production & Original Sound Design

Podcast Producer is needed in Germany.

I’m launching a new English-language video podcast and need an experienced podcast audio engineer and editor to establish a professional, distinctive sound. The work includes ongoing post-production: editing and cleaning raw audio, removing noise and unwanted pauses, enhancing dialogue, EQ, compression, mixing, mastering, levelling dialogue, and integrating music, transitions, and other audio elements. Finished audio may also need to be prepared and synced for video podcast episodes.

I also need original music and sound design, including an intro, outro, transition stings, bumpers, and a consistent sonic identity for the show. All music and sound elements must be created specifically for the podcast, with ownership and usage rights agreed before work begins for use across podcast platforms, video, social media, and promotional content. The sound should be polished while remaining warm, natural, conversational, and authentic. Strong English communication and experience editing English-language dialogue are important. I’m seeking a reliable long-term collaborator who can bring creative ideas and provide examples of relevant podcast, spoken-word, music, or sound-design work.
